Lightweight and low profile, it transfers the weight of arms and tools to the hips, helping reduce fatigue and muscle strain in the shoulders. Strength adjusts quickly for different users and tools; shoulder, waist and chest straps adjust to fit, and it goes on or off in about a minute.
